As our team continues to grow and serve more patients throughout the region, we decided the time was right to rebrand our organization. The Burk’s Falls Family Health Team is now the Almaguin Highlands Family Health Team, with a satellite office at the Sundridge & District Medical Centre. We look forward to updating the community on upcoming programs and services!
