Grace Wainman, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Grace is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep connection to the Muskoka community, where she is passionate about fostering growth, healing, and resilience in others.
She has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. Grace’s approach is grounded in empathy and informed by her background in addiction counselling and dementia caregiver support, allowing her to meet clients with both understanding and insight.
As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community, Grace is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care. She is continually expanding her knowledge to better support the unique needs of her clients and welcomes individuals from all walks of life.
Outside of her clinical work, Grace enjoys spending time with her family, exploring nature, cooking, and taking walks with her dog.

Ask your AHFHT Physician or Nurse Practitioner about a referral.
Program Details
Mental Health Therapy for mild to moderate concerns/symptoms; duration of service is 6–8 sessions.
Case Management consists of coordination of community or health services and referrals.
